Kenny Miller goals montageKenny Miller is to meet Bursaspor's director of transfers on Wednesday to gauge whether the Turkish club is open to him moving back to Rangers.The Turks paid the Ibrox club ?400,000 for Miller in January when signing him on a two-and-a-half-year deal but the Scotland striker has not settled there.
He will discuss the prospect of a move to Rangers for a third time with Bursaspor official Erkan Kamat.
Miller was the Scottish Premier League's top scorer last season.
His 21-goal haul in half a season was enough to clinch the SPL's Golden Boot.
Rangers manager Ally McCoist told the club website on Tuesday: "Kenny has never been out of my thoughts. He is a player who did very, very well for us.
"He is a good lad who gets on well with everyone here and he knows everyone at the club. I wouldn't rule him out."
At the time of his move to Turkey at the start of the year, McCoist, then assistant to Walter Smith, paid tribute to the centre-forward's contribution to the club and wished him well.

And it is clear that the Scotland international, who first joined Rangers from Hibernian in 2000, is still held in high regard at Ibrox.
McCoist, leading the team on their German tour, added: "I haven't spoken to him at any great length about it because he is still under contract at Bursaspor.
"It's an avenue we will look at though as Kenny ticks all the boxes in terms of what we're looking for. I'd imagine I'll be speaking to him again in the next couple of days.
"I want someone who can score goals and contribute to the team in terms of scoring goals.
"A 30-goal-a-season man costs a lot of money, but I believe any striker of quality playing in our team will get chances to score.

So far, McCoist has endured a frustrating time in the transfer market, with players such as Craig Conway and Neil Danns opting for other clubs.
He has added only Spanish midfielder Juan Manuel Ortiz to his first-team squad but remains keen to sign Espanyol centre-back Raul Rodriquez.
On Monday McCoist said he hoped to have some transfer news "in the next 24 to 48 hours".
"I want to deliver on that front for the players as much as anyone because the boys have been great and I know it would give them a lift," he said.
